Description: -

Leaders provide direction and vision; set the tone for the organization, influence everything from the strategic direction of the organization to the satisfaction level of the employees Leaders in organizations needs critical skills to get the job done in the most efficient and effective manner possible. To make a difference exemplary leadership need to bring change and practice good governance of all resources. Such change includes ongoing financial sector reforms.  We provide a fast-paced well focused experiential learning intervention to quickly and efficiently learn to apply the skills to achieve immediate business results, manage change and oversee financial sector reforms.

 

 

Workshop Objective: -

The  training aims to expose participants so that they are able to lead highly productive teams and improve productivity at work. It will also to focus on ‘people management skills’ in a positive and constructive environment by aligning to understanding the basic fundamentals of strategy and delegation in team building. It will provide leaders and managers with clear insights on how to effectively motivate people through corporate culture or organizational change.

 

 

Workshop Outcomes: -

 At the end of the sessions, participants will be able to:-

•Give clear instructions to teammates and improved decision

•Apply open communication to drive trust and change among team members

•Identify high potentials within the team

•Increase productivity, retention and satisfaction

 Executives and senior officers with leadership or supervisory functions. Including Chief Executive officers,/Director General, Directors/ Assistant Directors or Chiefs, Managers and Principal officers with responsibility to implement or overseer a government programs and accountable for human resource utilization.

Utangulizi

Kituo cha Mafunzo kwa Njia ya Mtandao (Tanzania Global Learning Centre (TaGLC) imeandaa mafunzo ya Kujiandaa na Maisha Baada ya Kustaafu Kazi. Mafunzo haya ni fursa ya pekee kwa wafanyakazi walio katika ajira rasmi kuweza kutafakari,kutathimini na kupanga maisha yao baada ya kustaafu. Mafunzo haya yataendeshwa kwa muda wa siku tano .

 

LENGO

Lengo la mafunzo haya ni kuwapa washiriki maarifa,mbinu na uzoefu wa jinsi ya kujiandaa vema na maisha baada ya kustaafu. Tafiti mbalimbali zimebaini kuwa wastaafu wengi hukumbwa na  misukosuko mingi ya kifedha, kiafya na kimaisha kwa ujumla. Moja kati ya sababu kubwa  ya wastaafu kukumbwa na misukosuko hiyo na kushindwa kuihimili vema ni kutokuwa na mipango madhubuti ya maisha baada ya kustaafu kazi.

Mafunzo ya Kujiandaa na Maisha Baada ya Kustaafu Kazi   yamelenga     kumwezesha mfanyakazi kuanza mapema kuandaa mpango binafsi wa kujiandaa kustaafu.   Mafunzo pia yatatoa fursa  kwa washiriki                  kubadilishana ufahamu na uzoefu     kutokana na  mazingira watokayo.

 

Malengo mahsusi ya mafunzo haya ni:-

· Kuwaandaa washiriki kisaikolojia juu ya maisha baada ya kustaafu,

· Kuwaelimisha juu ya kuandaa mpango binafsi wa kustaafu,

· Kuwapa mbinu za kijasiriamali na stadi za maisha,

· Kutoa elimu ya afya.
